1. Who we are
Kokoshungsan Beauty is operated by Kokoshungsan Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 08105394. Contact: hello@kokoshungsan.co.uk.
2. Online Koko product orders
Registered buyers and trade customers can pay online for the Koko-labelled packs shown in the catalogue, subject to availability and UK delivery. Prices and delivery are recalculated on our server. A paid order enters preparation; if an item is unavailable, we contact the buyer and resolve or refund the affected order.
3. Retail and trade prices
Buyer accounts see standard Koko pack prices. Registered Trade / Reseller accounts see protected trade prices after signing in. The published RRP beside a trade price is resale guidance, not a guaranteed selling price or profit. Each business remains responsible for its own selling fees, postage, tax, advertising, returns and pricing decisions. Displayed prices relate to the pack stated and may change before payment.
4. Kokoshungsan-branded products
Koko trade packs carry Kokoshungsan branding. Resale permission, approved product presentation, territories and any stock-free fulfilment arrangement must be confirmed before products are advertised or sold by a third party.
5. Private-label orders
Private-label work begins only after the product selection, minimum order, price, label content, artwork, claims, compliance responsibilities and timetable are approved. Custom or personalised production cannot normally be cancelled after artwork approval or production has started, except where required by law or agreed in writing.
6. Affiliate and reseller routes
The affiliate programme is free and pays 10% on qualifying consent-tracked retail Koko product subtotals after validation; its separate terms apply. A reseller purchase uses the signed-in trade price: after payment, we order from the supplier, receive and check the products, then post them to the reseller. Trade orders do not generate affiliate commission.
7. Production and delivery
Current manufacturing guidance is typically 7–10 business days before delivery once availability, artwork and payment are approved. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed dispatch date. Delivery timing and charges depend on destination, product and order size and are confirmed before payment.
8. Inspection, problems and returns
Business buyers should inspect deliveries promptly and report shortages, damage or incorrect goods with photographs and the order reference. Personalised goods and opened cosmetics cannot normally be returned for change of mind. Faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied goods are reviewed against the accepted quotation, delivery evidence and applicable law.
9. Product use and claims
Follow the final product label and supplied directions. Patch testing is recommended before first use. Product descriptions are general cosmetic information and are not medical advice. Buyers must not add unapproved medical, therapeutic or performance claims to private-label or reseller marketing.
