Beauty affiliate terms.

These terms govern the separate affiliate programme operated by Kokoshungsan Ltd for beauty.kokoshungsan.co.uk. Joining is free. Participation does not create employment, agency, franchise, exclusivity or guaranteed earnings.

1. Eligibility and account

You must be at least 18, provide accurate details, keep access secure and use lawful promotional channels. We may approve, pause or reject participation to protect customers and the brand.

2. Referral tracking

Your link includes a unique code. A referral cookie is created only after the visitor gives consent and normally lasts 30 days. Attribution can fail when consent is refused, cookies are blocked or deleted, another eligible referral supersedes yours, or the order happens outside the window.

3. Qualifying commission

The standard rate is 10% of the eligible Koko Beauty product subtotal actually paid, excluding shipping, taxes, refunds, cancellations, chargebacks, self-referrals, duplicate or fraudulent transactions, separately quoted reseller wholesale, private-label work and manually invoiced orders. We may publish a different rate prospectively, but will not retrospectively reduce an already recorded eligible commission.

4. Validation and payment

Commission remains pending for 30 days after payment while cancellation and return risk is checked. Valid commission becomes approved. Approved balances of at least £25 are normally paid monthly to the PayPal email saved in your account. You are responsible for keeping that address correct and for your own tax obligations. A void or delayed payment may be investigated where fraud, refund, chargeback or policy breach is suspected.

5. Promotion rules

• Clearly identify affiliate links and comply with advertising and consumer-protection rules.
• Use accurate product information and do not make medical, therapeutic, guaranteed-result or unapproved environmental claims.
• Do not bid on Kokoshungsan trademarks, impersonate us, use spam, cookie stuffing, forced clicks, misleading discounts or your own link to purchase.
• Do not copy the site or register confusingly similar domains, social handles or business names.

6. Orders and customer relationship

Kokoshungsan is the seller for qualifying orders placed on this Beauty website and handles payment, preparation, UK delivery and direct order support. Affiliates must not collect customer payment or promise availability, dispatch dates, refunds or outcomes on our behalf.

7. Changes and termination

You or we may end participation. On termination, stop using programme assets and links. Properly validated commission recorded before termination remains payable unless it is later voided under these terms. We may change the programme with reasonable notice where practical.

8. Liability and law

The programme is provided without a guarantee of traffic, conversion, availability or income. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Contact hello@kokoshungsan.co.uk.
